How is the Pacific Area Using and Monitoring its Fleet Specialty Cards?

The Postal Service operates one of the largest civilian vehicle fleets in the world with over 227,000 vehicles used to deliver and collect mail in Fiscal Year 2017. Management assigns a fleet credit card to each postal-owned vehicle to pay for commercially purchased fuel, oil, and maintenance expenses of up to $300.
