Background
This interim report presents the results of our self-initiated audit of controls over retail processes at the Madeira Branch Office, Cincinnati, OH. The Madeira Branch Office is in the Ohio 2 District of the Central Area. We judgmentally selected the Maderia Branch Office for our audit.
Our objective was to review cash and inventory, daily reporting activities, clock ring adjustments, and employee separations at the Madeira Branch Office. The scope period was October 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023.
