Background
This interim report presents the results of our self-initiated audit of the controls over retail transactions at Groesbeck Branch in Cincinnati, OH. The Groesbeck Branch is in the Ohio 2 District of the Central Area. We judgmentally selected the Groesbeck Branch for our audit.
Our objective was to review cash and stamp inventory, daily reporting activities, clock ring adjustments, and employee separations at Groesbeck Branch. Our audit scope was October 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
